Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. All orders will ship out of North Carolina in the United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States): Domestic delivery times vary, but typically take about 3-6 business days to arrive after their first scan.

APO / FPO / DPO: We offer shipping to all APO / FPO / DPO locations.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide and to all continents. International delivery times vary, but they typically take about 2 - 3 weeks after the first scan. Please note that each country has their own customs clearance process, and it is possible that you may be charged an import tax. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, and brokerage fees that may be charged. This money does not go to us and is not related to the shipping charges paid on our website, it instead goes to your country's customs office. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs: To calculate shipping costs, please add the desired items to the cart, then enter your shipping information. This will allow the system to pre-calculate your shipping costs, at which point you will be informed of the shipping cost.

Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you and offer to ship it to you again, but you will need to pay 100% of the original shipping charge. We will await your reply before taking further action.

Processing Times: We usually try to process orders within approximately 1-5 business days; however, we ask that you please be patient if there are delays due to recent large product launches or newly stocked backorder/preorder items. Purchases are shipped in the order that they are received. We will ship every order as quickly as possible.

Separate Shipments

If you place an order that contains multiple products that need to be shipped in more than one box, or if part of your order involves back-ordered or pre-ordered items, we will ship your items separately at no cost to you. These items will be shipped as they become available. You will not be charged multiple shipping charges.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Currency: Prices on the website are displayed in USD. We ship worldwide, and orders are open to all international customers.

RETURN POLICY

All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@gnoggin.net. Returns must be pre-authorized via email, and orders that are shipped back without prior approval may be rejected. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will assist you.

Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been worn are not eligible for refund or exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee.
